I’m Alessia Zagaria, an illustrator from Apulia, collaborating with publishers and brands to transform ideas into illustrations that blend delicacy and intensity, creating visual narratives that invite the viewer to pause and be carried through them. My work has received international recognition and has been exhibited in Italy and abroad.
ABOUT ME
When I am not drawing, I take long walks collecting leaves and stones, observing nature, photographing flowers, and letting myself be guided by subtle shifts of color and light. In Rome, I encountered and explored artisanal practices such as bookbinding, screen printing, and woodcut, slow and material-based techniques that continue to shape the way I look at and create images.
